Getting back into things

Due to the holiday and the fact that I was moving to a new house, not much progress has been made since my last post. However, this week, I was able to make a small amount of progress on the UI.

Now the player is able to select an item in the pause menu and have it appear in the box labeled 'x' at the top right of the screen.
